The room itself was a nice size and had an incredible view over Rabat town and medina. The bathroom was huge with a shower, hairdryers, and terry robes.

Nicely decorated rooms with an Arabic decor, great beds with down pillows. Had central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. Very friendly staff during our stay. Excellent, wonderful location in Rabat, really close to L'Alcazar via Trip Advisor and the market and the Andalusian gardens, the kasbah, and the ocean.

We had a fantastic stay in this city thanks to the hotel's great location right on the edge of the medina. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was pretty good, with the rooms being impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with personalized service such as walking us to a nice restaurant nearby, and always being available when we needed them. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we especially enjoyed having it on an elevated platform with a 360 view of the city.
No negatives from this place.

Wow! It was truly a wonderful experience staying at this riad. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the location was spot on - close to the main attractions and easy to find. I also loved the fact that there was ample parking space nearby. the recently renovated place had a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan decor with subtle minimalism. Most importantly, the room was spacious, stylish and super comfortable - it felt like a true gem.
Breakfast service was a bit slow and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the waiter. this was a minor issue considering all the positive aspects of this amazing riad.

Our recent stay at L'Alcazar was good. The beautiful hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff, particularly Rashid and Muhammad, were really good hosts. The room was clean, the sheets were soft, and the bed was very comfortable. And the views from the terraces were fine. Centrally Located & Comfortable
The hotel is located right in the heart of the medina which made it perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, it certainly gave me the energy that I needed to start my day. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
Sadly, the hotel lacked some basic amenities. There was no hairdryer in the room which was a bit inconvenient, and the internet was pretty slow.

This hotel is an experience of pure luxury. the decor is stylish and modern, but still authentic to the local Moroccan aesthetic. the staff was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled all of our exclusive needs, such as in-room breakfast and private facilities. the location advantage of being centrally located made it easy to find and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The only negative aspect we experienced was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, which made it a bit dim. the staff was quick to provide us with an extra lamp to help brighten the room.
